Upstairs, our clubhouse is dedicated to Intelligent Leisure, with three floors of dining, cultural programming, and spaces for our members to spend their free time intentionally and well. From our traditional sit-down restaurant to the vinyl listening room, there’s a little something special for every personality. Down at Bedrock, the club’s fitness and wellness destination, we’ve cultivated a hub of Physical Culture–two levels of premium gym facilities, aquatics, spa, and recovery experiences. Together, Moss and Bedrock create a holistic environment where members can move, restore, and connect in a refined, community-focused setting.

The Bedrock Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational excellence of Bedrock, overseeing the member experience across fitness, wellness, spa, recovery, and athletic offerings. Working directly with the Head of Physical Culture, this role leads the Bedrock team, manages daily operations, and ensures the highest standards of service, programming, facility presentation, and member experience.

The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality, fitness, wellness, or private club operator with strong leadership, organizational, and business acumen who can effectively manage a complex, multi-service environment while delivering a highly elevated member experience.

  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Bedrock across fitness, spa, wellness, recovery, athletics, and retail.
  • Provide daily reporting and operations needs to the Head of Physical Culture.
  • Owning the staffing, scheduling, coverage, performance standards, and daily team operations of the Spa Attendant team.
  • Own and maintain operational SOPs, service standards, opening/closing procedures, and facility standards.
  • Supporting 1099 trainers, instructors, service providers with scheduling or class schedule, incoming inquiries of treatments and training assessments.
  • Support payroll, labor management, reporting, and weekly operational administration.
  • Ensure seamless booking operations across PeopleVine, Book4Time, and other relevant systems.
  • Oversee the operational execution of classes, Personal Training and wellness services.
  • Manage member feedback, service recovery, and escalations while building strong relationships with members.
  • Partner with Membership Operations, and Facilities, and other Moss team members to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Own Bedrock Retail Shop inventory, vendors, and overall operational readiness.
  • Report any inventory needs for front of house and back of house.
  • Track key business metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improved performance.
  • Represent the Moss and Bedrock brands with professionalism, discretion, and a consistently elevated hospitality mindset.
