We are seeking passionate, professional, and certified Personal Trainers to join the Bedrock team. This is an independent contractor role, ideal for trainers who want to build their own robust roster of clients from the Bedrock ecosystem within a premium training environment while aligning with a forward-thinking wellness brand.
- Deliver personalized, results-driven 1-on-1 personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals for Bedrock members
- Instruct and lead high-quality, engaging group fitness classes
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and the Bedrock team
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and equipment protocols at all times
- Support a collaborative, inclusive, and motivating training environment
- Participate in periodic performance check-ins and team meetings
- Represent the Bedrock brand with professionalism and alignment to our values

Requirements
~1 min read- 3-5 years of experience in Personal Training or Group Fitness Instructing
- Certified personal trainer (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, ACE, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Proven track record of client success and retention
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong time management and professionalism
- Commitment to ongoing learning and improvement
- Familiarity with strength training, mobility, conditioning, and/or recovery techniques
What We Offer
~1 min readFor time spent performing services, you will be paid 50% commission for each personal training (1 on 1 session) performed. For any group fitness sessions, you shall be paid $60 per session performed.
- Flexible schedule based on demand.
This position is an Independent Contractor (1099) role. The instructor is responsible for all applicable taxes, insurance, and business-related expenses associated with independent contractor status.
