Registered Nurse ( Night Shift $3 differential)

Behavioral health nursing is busy, engaging, and very human. You’ll work from a central nurse station where clients come to you, giving you a steady home base even on fast-paced days.

• →Complete nursing intake assessments and support detox treatment plans
• →Conduct daily nurse visits and monitor client health status
• →Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
• →Process labs and communicate results
• →Maintain accurate, compliant documentation (HIPAA & regulatory standards)
• →Respond to medical concerns with confidence and compassion
• →Support clients through detox and stabilization
• →Collaborate with providers, RNs, LPNs, and the clinical team
• →Communicate with families when appropriate
• →Coordinate hospital transfers and nurse-to-nurse communication
• →Maintain medical supply inventory
• →Participate in trainings and staff meetings
• →Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing

• Active RN license in the state of Colorado
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to stay calm and organized in fast-paced situations
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Compassion, professionalism, and a team mindset
• SUD/MH experience is a plus — but not required
