mPower, Inc. is seeking an Ethics Coordinator that will play a critical role in supporting our client’s ethics and compliance program through disciplined administration, accurate reporting, and effective records management. This position is responsible for tracking ethics training completion, maintaining documentation integrity, supporting audits and data calls, and ensuring records are retained in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to operate effectively within a structured environment. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage recurring processes and support program defensibility through accurate documentation and traceable recordkeeping.
  • Track Annual Ethics Training (AET) on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and action items for recurring Ethics check-ins
  • Collect, validate, and compile information for internal and external data calls
  • Organize, maintain, and retain ethics records in accordance with records management requirements
  • Ensure data is properly saved, versioned, and accessible in approved systems
  • Run standard reports, including NEO Annual Ethics Questionnaire and training completion and compliance metrics
  • Monitor Ethics inboxes and respond to procedural and informational inquiries
  • Route substantive ethics questions to Tier 2 or Tier 3 as appropriate
  • Support audits, reviews, and program metrics reporting
  • Maintain case and documentation logs to support traceability and defensibility
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in administrative operations, compliance support, or ethics support and/or data management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with ethics, compliance, or regulatory environments preferred
