Responsibilities

→Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, etc.)
→Read blueprints and perform precision measurements
→Use gauges and inspection tools
→Produce high-quality parts in a team environment

→Full-scope CNC machining (lathes, milling, drilling, gear work)
→Setup processes and advanced machining operations
→Use of gauges, tooling, and precision measurement
→Hands-on training across multiple machine types
→Work on real-world applications (government, airport fire trucks, tugboats)

2-3 years of CNC machining experience (lathes, mills, drilling, grinding)
Setup experience (desired)
Mechanical/technical experience and willingness to learn
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
We’ll train, if you’re willing to learn
