• →Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, equipment, and machinery
• →Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using industry-standard tools
• →Complete repairs, replacements, and adjustments (engines, brakes, transmissions, steering systems, etc.)
• →Use diagnostic software/equipment to troubleshoot complex problems
• →Work closely with team members to keep repair schedules efficient and organized
• →Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance procedures accurately
• →Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• →Stay current on new technology, tools, and repair techniques
• →Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients
• →Maintain a clean workspace and properly care for tools and equipment

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
• Experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar hands‑on role
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read/interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
• Good communication skills and a team‑first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• State inspection certification is a plus!
