MTS is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based contract position in Spartanburg, SC for the 2026–2027 school year. This role supports a specialized, multi-district educational program serving students with significant support needs.

Collaborative team of experienced SLPs

SLPs are not case managers, allowing you to focus on therapy
3:1 service delivery model to support workload balance
No travel required
No additional school duties (no bus, lunch, or recess duty)
Supportive environment for developing AAC skills (experience preferred but not required)

Holds a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Has South Carolina SLP licensure
Passionate about working with students with complex communication needs
Open to learning and growing in AAC and multidisciplinary collaboration
