Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Create, update and maintain client proposal and vendor contract templates for 3 operating businesses
- →Work with attorney to understand legal implications of typical contract language and proposed revisions.

- →Strike balance between contract language being reasonable and not overwhelming/business friendly while protecting organization's best interests (especially on sensitive clauses).
- →Implement automation and AI into review processes to increase efficiency.
Requirements
~1 min read- Existing familiarity with construction contract language implications (in Virginia, DC and Maryland)
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience managing the full lifecycle of construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Highly organized
- Strong administrative skills in programs such as Microsoft Word used to negotiate contract language
