• →Working across multiple job sites managing duct subs 
• →Plan daily tasks and assign crew members to planned tasks
• →Oversee that quality and productive work is being performed while also following safety regulations and procedures 
• →Go over pre-task risk assessment with crew to identify and eliminate possible safety hazards before performing work.
• →Communicate with other supervisors and management when planning work, performing work, and completing work 

• Must be open to full time travel 
• Must have Supervision experience 
• Must be able to pass an observed drug screen and background check 
• Must have previous duct work experience
