The Plumbing Foreman is responsible for overseeing plumbing projects, managing a team of plumbers, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role involves coordinating with other trades, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Supervise and coordinate the activities of plumbing personnel on job sites.
- →Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
- →Inspect work in progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- →Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- →Provide training and mentorship to junior plumbers and apprentices.
- →Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding project updates.
- →Address any issues or concerns that arise on the job site promptly.
- →Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours.
High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Requirements

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in the use of plumbing tools and equipment.
- Valid plumbing license and relevant certifications.
