Our branch managers oversee the daily operations of a mortgage branch and its sales team. They ensure the branch meets production goals in a compliant manner while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a productive team environment.
As a Branch Manager you will:
Recruit, hire, assist with onboarding and training, and manage all personnel reporting to you.
Personally produce and maintain an active book of business.
Motivate staff to achieve production targets and encourage feedback on how we can improve the experience for our most important customers – our loan officers and our borrowers.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase branch profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Foster a positive, productive work environment and resolve customer service issues promptly.
Maintain strong relationships with real estate professionals and other referral sources to generate new business and potential new team members.
This salaried position includes an incentive program for both personal production and team production.
Sales leadership that supports you with recruiting and retention (and in the rare case needed, moving loans forward to ensure an on time closing).
Monthly marketing budget for each producer, and a strong willingness to invest in your market and/or personnel brand.
Subscription to Mortgage Coach for each producer at company’s expense.
Company provided Social Media expert, event planning and coordination.
Customer Relationship Management system.
Ability to help cultivate the next generation of loan officers.
