Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding their vehicle service needs.

Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating the necessary repairs and services to customers.

Accurately document and manage service requests, work orders, and billing processes.

Conduct vehicle walk-arounds with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.

Work closely with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.

Advise customers on necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs, keeping them informed on the status of their vehicle throughout the process.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and friendly manner.

Promote additional services, warranties, or repairs as necessary to maintain vehicle health.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment is preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, luxury-focused dealership environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.

Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.) is a plus.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
