→Manage and oversee the daily operations of the BDC department, ensuring all leads are handled efficiently
→Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to the dealership and increase sales and service appointments
→Train, motivate, and support BDC representatives to meet individual and team goals
→Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust processes to enhance customer satisfaction and departmental efficiency
→Collaborate closely with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and lead management
→Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
