Under the supervision of the Behavioral Health Manager and Medical Director (or designee), the specialist delivers talk therapy through individual and group sessions. This role involves independently assessing participants' behavioral health needs, coordinating care, and implementing interventions. The specialist works closely with participants and their families/caregivers, ensuring comprehensive behavioral health services to enhance overall well-being, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
