Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule: PRN (flex) | pick up shifts as you see fit | minimum of three shifts per month
Shifts: Day: 6am - 6:15pm | Night: 6pm - 6:15am

Shift Premiums:  Nights (11:00 pm-6:59 am)-$2.00 | Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm-Sun 10:59 pm)-$0.50

Pay Range: $35.23 - $41.60/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
