Marketing and Enrollment Supervisor

Schedule: Exempt (salaried), min 40 hours per week | Monday - Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

What You’ll Do:
Ignite community connections and make a meaningful impact as you lead dynamic outreach and engagement efforts that bring new participants into PACE of Southwest Michigan. In this role, you’ll turn relationships into opportunities—generating high-quality leads, surpassing monthly enrollment goals, and expanding our reach through strategic partnerships with community organizations.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll inspire and develop a high-performing Marketing and Enrollment team, empowering them to achieve results while advancing key organizational initiatives.
