Schedule: No scheduling mandation

Work an average of three (3) shifts per calendar month.
Regular weekend coverage is expected.
Must be available to work a minimum of two (2) holidays per year.

Shift Premiums: Beginning 2:30 pm – 10:30 pm, $1:90 | Beginning 10:31 pm -7 am, $1.35 | Weekend Fri, 10:31 pm – Sun 11:00 pm, $1.00.

Pay Range: $32.61 - $41.09/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr. Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)

As a key member of the care team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues and guide nursing assistants to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. You’ll also play an important role in creating a safe, supportive environment where residents feel respected and valued every day.
