• →Own marketing strategy and execution across the full function: content, web, partnerships, and growth
• →Lead and develop a team of specialists (content, design, web, partnerships, growth) into a cohesive, high-output unit
• →Set the roadmap for campaigns from concept to launch, and hold the team accountable to performance, not just output
• →Own the growth number: acquisition, activation, and funnel performance across paid, organic, and partnership channels
• →Partner directly with Executive leadership to align marketing strategy with company-wide priorities and KPIs
• →Oversee the partnerships pipeline: strategic, vendor, and co-marketing relationships that expand our reach
• →Own web strategy and performance: site experience, conversion, and how it supports the funnel end-to-end
• →Build and evolve our brand and content strategy for a trading audience that lives on TikTok, X, and Discord
• →Stay plugged into prop trading culture, competitor marketing, and industry trends before they blow up

• A track record of leading a marketing team and function, ideally in fintech, trading, gaming, or creator-economy spaces
• Experience owning growth metrics, not just brand or creative output; you know your funnel and what drives it
• Strong people leadership: you can hire, coach, and get the best out of a small, fast-moving team
• Comfort operating across disciplines: content, web, partnerships, and paid/organic growth, without needing to be the expert in all of them
• Genuine interest in trading, markets, or prop firm culture. You don't need to be a trader, but you should get why this space is exciting
• Speed without sacrificing quality or strategy. We operate in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities across a small, fast-scaling company
• A thrive-in-chaos mindset: you're energized by a small, fast-paced team where priorities shift daily and the best idea wins, not the loudest title

• Experience marketing for fintech, gaming, esports, or creator-economy brands
• Experience building or scaling a marketing function from an earlier stage
• Existing knowledge of futures trading or the funded trading industry
• A track record of campaigns or content that's actually gone viral
