And for you? Joining MYOB means being part of that impact. It means using your skills to help businesses thrive, shaping the future of work, and growing alongside the people and communities we support. Because while we’re the business of software, we’re really in the business of people. And that makes MYOB Everyone’s Business.

Join MYOB as a Growth Product Manager owns product-led growth outcomes across the SME portfolio at MYOB. You will lead a nimble, cross-functional squad focused on identifying, testing, and scaling growth levers to increase ARPU, improving activation, drive product usage and increase customer retention. Even small improvements to upgrade rates, onboarding completion, or referral conversion translate into material revenue and retention outcomes at MYOB’s scale. The Growth Squad is the dedicated engine for compounding these gains through disciplined iteration and in-market testing of new ideas with customers as quickly as possible. You will also support in improving ways of working and upskill the broader Product organisation on Growth and Experimentation principles and standard methodology.

  • Experience leading pricing experiments, packaging strategy, or growth teams;
  • Deep familiarity with product-led growth models and growth loops to know what good looks like; hands-on experimentation experience crafting and running statistically significant tests and acting on results.
  • Hands-on experience with CDPs, product analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, MixPanel, Fullstory, Split.io, Contentsquare, mParticle, Segment
  • Highly analytical - comfortable with SQL, BI tools, or equivalent; able to pull insights from raw data.
  • Experience working across multiple product domains, or as an internal consultant getting work done by squads, you’re not directly responsible for.
