The Opportunity
You'll join the Superannuation team, within our Embedded Finance Onboarding domain and uphold first level defence against potential fraud and financial loss by vetting and performing updates and ongoing maintenance tasks. This will also include assisting customers with the configuration and provisioning of the employee superannuation service as part of their MYOB business management platform.


About the Role
-  Complete new setup and customer change requests within agreed service levels.

-  Resolve issues, while taking opportunities to educate customers with the aim of making things easier long term.

-  Liaise with internal and external partners e.g. Finance department, Clearing House and superannuation funds, to troubleshoot and process superannuation related refunds and failed payments.

-  Provide support with Superannuation related incidents, if and when required.

-  Continuously evaluate and find opportunities for process and system improvements.


What You'll Bring
-  Experience in customer facing roles, ideally that blend elements of business and technical assistance. Experience with supporting/processing payroll, tax and accounting would be highly regarded.

-  Understanding of basic accounting concepts and how financial transactions work. 

-  Strong attention to detail, with proven track record of accuracy & completeness.

-  Effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

-  Experience in proficiently operating Salesforce/Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
