- Efficient implementation of products and services in the MYOB Acumatica ecosystem.
- Training on our MYOB platform solutions and the ability to facilitate organisational change activities and review
- Assessing, scoping and prioritising the time and resources needed to deliver a service as required
- Drive customer success and adoption of our platforms, implementing application and add-ons & extensions within MYOB products and associated integrations with 3rd party products
About You
- Several years experience as an Implementation Consultant, Business Consultant or Services Consultant with an ERP product and a good handle on the tools
- Good application knowledge, domain knowledge and would typically do the build/configuration of the solution
- Strong Financial knowledge and experience is essential
- Validated experience in a direct client contact role and ability of handling stakeholders on all levels
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication and social skills
- You will be required to support several projects at any one time
- Functional knowledge of MYOB Acumatica product suite or a similar product is highly regarded
- Our customers are based across AU and NZ, so travel to support the customer when required is a must
