Social Media Community Coordinator

Publish and schedule content across all Ollie social channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the content calendar
Conduct ongoing social listening to identify trends, cultural moments, and real-time opportunities for Ollie to join relevant conversations
Manage community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a consistent, thoughtful, and brand-aligned manner
Execute timely, on-brand responses to trending topics, balancing speed with brand voice and sensitivity
Identify and execute “surprise and delight” moments (e.g., gifting, personalized responses, reactive content) to build loyalty and advocacy
Monitor daily performance and compile regular reports on key metrics (engagement, reach, views, etc), translating data into actionable insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and brand to ensure cohesive messaging and execution and CX teams to address escalations and ensure our community feels heard and supported.
Maintain a strong understanding of platform best practices and evolving social trends to optimize content performance and act as Ollie’s in-house expert on social trends and best practices.
Support campaign launches and key brand moments with real-time posting, engagement, and performance tracking
You have 1-3 years of experience in social media management or community management for consumer brands (CPG, lifestyle, or pet space is a plus)
Fluent in platform nuances across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with the ability to adapt tone and format accordingly
Deeply immersed in internet culture and extremely social media savvy
Comfortable with analyzing social media metrics and data to enhance performance
Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Sprout, hootsuite, etc.)
Ability to produce social media content is a plus but not a mandatory!
You’re highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing deadlines
You collaborate and communicate effectively and are open to constructive feedback
You have a degree in marketing or a related field
