Online Marketing Manager Display and Paid Social (f/m/d)

To support our Performance Marketing team we are searching for a Online Marketing Manager – Display and Paid Social (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.

• Plan, manage, and optimize Paid Social and Display campaigns to meet performance goals
• Own the relationship with vendors such as Meta, Criteo, Google and other platforms
• Analyze performance data, create actionable insights, and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment
• Actively test new creatives, audiences, and placements to drive continuous improvement
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and new ad tech opportunities
• Manage budgets, pacing, and forecasting to ensure efficient spend and ROI

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social and Display, experience in Fashion/Luxury is a plus
• Proficiency in performance reporting and optimization using Excel and Power BI
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross-region campaigns simultaneously with a focus on results
• Strong knowledge of Merchant Centers (Meta, Google) and feed management tools like Productsup
• Familiarity with campaign automation platforms such as , Sprinklr or Hunch
• Must be able to work independently, take full ownership of projects and manage vendor relationships effectively
• A genuine passion for high-end luxury fashion and fluency in English
