Customer Service Representative Recreation - Recreation JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical work involving registering patrons for all recreational activities, balancing daily cash drawer, answer multi-line phone system, provide information on all recreational activities and locations. General customer service. This position's hours are from 3pm to close Monday - Friday and Saturdays. This is a part time position with no benefits.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED and 3-5 years of related work experience or any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Learn and operate specialized computer programs, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a detailed and effective manner with minimal supervision. Excellent customer service and phone skills are a must.
