About the Role
We're looking for Saver Support Specialist who focuses who will be the face and voice of Ubiquity to retirement savers nationwide. In this role, you'll help employees navigate their 401(k) accounts, resolve issues, and deliver a world-class support experience that empowers people to save for their future.
What You'll Do
Be the go-to resource for retirement savers with questions about their accounts, compliance matters, and technical issues—meeting performance goals and service level targets
Connect with savers through inbound calls, proactive outreach, and live chat to address their needs quickly and professionally
Research and resolve support requests using our CRM platform, documenting every interaction and escalating complex issues when needed
Improve the saver experience by creating support materials, enrollment tools, and collateral in partnership with Marketing and Compliance teams
Gather insights from saver conversations, emails, and surveys to identify pain points and recommend solutions
Stay current on 401(k) regulations and retirement industry rules to provide accurate, compliant guidance
Collaborate across teams on company-wide initiatives and contribute to our mission of making retirement savings accessible
2-3 years in customer service or support roles
Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills—comfortable on the phone, in chat, and crafting clear emails
Problem-solver who can diagnose issues quickly and work independently with minimal supervision
Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Customer-focused mindset—you genuinely care about helping people and go the extra mile
Accountable and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Excellent math skills
1-2 years of 401(k) or retirement industry experience
Experience with cloud-based CRM platforms
