Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.

Phonics training or experience delivering phonics programmes in Early Years.

Experience working closely with children and families, supporting parental engagement.
