NASA Federal Credit Union is in search of an experienced Regulatory Compliance Analyst with a track record of maintaining awareness of regulatory requirements, risk management issues and best practices affecting financial institution operations. The Compliance Analyst will participate in or lead compliance-related initiatives and projects, including compliance testing. This position will ensure disclosures, forms, marketing material, website, etc. meet regulatory requirements. It will provide focused compliance support to departments as assigned. The Compliance Analyst must have the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.

This position may require you to commute to our Corporate Office in Upper Marlboro, MD periodically for meetings, trainings, and events.

Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in relevant field preferred.

→Minimum of two years of progressively advancing financial institution experience along with regulatory compliance responsibilities.

→Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in relevant field preferred.

→Minimum of four years of progressively advancing financial institution experience along with regulatory compliance responsibilities.

→Regulatory compliance certification, preferred.

→Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in relevant field preferred.

→Minimum of six years of progressively advancing financial institution experience with at least three years specifically responsible for regulatory compliance responsibilities.

→A degree in a related field could be taken into consideration to satisfy regulatory compliance experience.

→Compliance Testing experience, preferred.

→Regulatory compliance certification, preferred.

→Highly self-motivated and is a self-starter; works independently.

→Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.

→Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

→Strong organization and time management skills; works efficiently.

→Sets continuous improvement goals.

→Ability to effectively prioritize and accurately execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

→Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

→Very strong customer service orientation.

→Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
