Nas.com is building Shopify for the AI era, a platform that helps solopreneurs build, sell, and scale products globally.

We grew revenue 5x last year, and we’re just getting started.

We’ve raised a $27M Series A led by Vinod Khosla (first investor in OpenAI, DoorDash, Stripe), with backing from Tim Ferriss, Stanley Tang (DoorDash co-founder), and Shuo Wang (Deel co-founder).

We’re riding a massive tailwind: 150M+ solopreneurs globally, with AI accelerating the shift. In the US alone, 500K+ new businesses are created every month.

Our unfair advantage: we’re founded by Nuseir Yassin (Nas Daily), who built 70M followers and $50M+ in revenue by deeply understanding how to engage and mobilize audiences.

Reports to: COO
We’re looking for someone who can build a community growth engine.
This role is for a strategic builder — someone who can define vision and strategy, but is also highly hands-on in execution. Someone who understands how community drives retention, activation, engagement, and long-term business growth.
You won’t inherit a playbook.
You’ll create it.

We’re building an entrepreneur-first ecosystem, and community is at the center of it.
We need someone who can architect how users engage with the ecosystem, why they keep coming back, and what turns them from passive members into highly engaged advocates.
This person should be equally comfortable:
  • Thinking about long-term community strategy
  • Designing engagement systems and flywheels
  • Experimenting rapidly
  • Launching initiatives directly themselves
  • Analyzing user behavior and retention patterns
  • Creating momentum inside the ecosystem
This is not a coordination role.
It’s a leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execut

  • Define and evolve the community growth strategy
  • Build systems that increase user retention and recurring engagement
  • Create community experiences that drive habit formation and momentum
  • Turn power users into advocates and ecosystem contributors
  • Design scalable engagement loops across content, programs, events, and online interaction
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, growth, and operations
  • Gather insights from the community and translate them into business and product opportunities
  • Launch, test, iterate, and optimize constantly

You instinctively understand:
  • What motivates entrepreneurs
  • Why do people join communities
  • What makes users stay engaged
  • What creates momentum and obsession
You likely have experience:
  • Building an online business
  • Growing an engaged audience or community
  • Working closely with creators, founders, or e-commerce sellers
  • Operating inside startup or creator ecosystems
You think entrepreneur-first — not education-first.

You know how to take a broad vision and turn it into action quickly.
You’re not the kind of leader who only delegates.
You’re comfortable building from zero, testing ideas yourself, and creating momentum before building structure around it.
You combine:
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ownership mentality
  • Fast execution
  • Strong growth instincts

You think about:
  • Retention
  • Activation
  • Behavioral psychology
  • Habit loops
  • User engagement
  • Community flywheels
  • Ecosystem growth
—not just events, moderation, or content calendars.
You constantly ask:
  • “How does community drive business outcomes?”
  • “How do we create recurring engagement?”
  • “How do we build momentum at scale?”

  • Users consistently return and engage
  • Community participation becomes habitual
  • Power users become advocates
  • Engagement translates into measurable business impact
  • The ecosystem develops real momentum and identity

Strong candidates may come from:
  • Creator economy companies
  • Startup ecosystems
  • Community-led SaaS businesses
  • Shopify/e-commerce ecosystems
  • Audience-building platforms
  • Growth leadership roles
  • Founder/operator backgrounds

This is not a traditional:
  • Community manager role
  • Head of Education role
  • Events manager role
  • Customer support/community ops role
