We are seeking a Prior Authorization Strategy & Analytics Analyst to support operational analytics and reporting initiatives across Natera’s Prior Authorization function.This role combines technical analytics capabilities with operational partnership. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders to develop dashboards, build KPI reporting, conduct ad hoc analyses, and support operational decision-making.This is a highly collaborative role suited for candidates who enjoy solving operational problems through analytics and data enablement.

Responsibilities

→Partner with Prior Authorization leadership to develop operational reporting and KPI frameworks
→Build dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools
→Write and optimize SQL queries to support operational analytics initiatives
→Create and maintain views and datasets within Snowflake
→Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and operational improvement initiatives
→Identify trends, workflow gaps, and performance opportunities through data analysis
→Translate operational needs into scalable reporting solutions
→Support process improvement and operational optimization initiatives
→Ensure data accuracy and usability across reporting workflows

Requirements

3+ years of experience in:

Healthcare Analytics
Operational Analytics
Revenue Cycle Analytics
Business Intelligence
Prior Authorization Analytics

Advanced SQL proficiency
Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting
Experience working with Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to partner effectively with operational stakeholders
Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle workflows

Prior Authorization operational experience
Experience supporting healthcare operations teams
Familiarity with denials management and reimbursement workflows
Exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools or modern analytics environments
Experience in diagnostics, laboratory, or specialty healthcare organizations

This role offers the opportunity to directly support operational performance and analytics innovation within a rapidly growing healthcare organization. You will work closely with operational leaders and play a key role in improving visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across Prior Authorization workflows.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

$85,100—$110,000 USD
