The Staff Accountant will support the Assistant Controller by ensuring the integrity and validity of financial data entered: Including JEs, Invoices, Payments. The Staff Accountant will have opportunities to develop skills in many different areas, including financial reporting, M&A integration, cash and expense management, and international operations.

Responsibilities

→Financial Statement Monthly/Quarterly Closing
→Prepare assigned account reconciliations and related analysis on a monthly/quarterly basis to identify potential discrepancies in account balances
→Participate in quarterly review procedures and annual audit, providing information and answers to auditor requests and inquiries
→Review and approve refund requests through Jira
→Monitor compliance with GAAP and company procedures and proactively communicate identified accounting/financial and control issues to Management
→Provide financial support to all users as required
→Review and approve weekly pricing into oracle and the reconciliation between Oracle and Power BI
→Other projects as required
→Prepare month end journal entries and related support

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
3-5 years of general ledger accounting experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
Thoroughness and attention to details
Strong analytical skills Preferred
Experience with Oracle
General ledger and month-end close experience
Experience working in a global company

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
