We're a diverse team of creative minds, united by the drive to make a positive impact and revolutionize the industry.   We are a well-established and growing BC business and one of Canada’s leading manufacturers of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.   You’re good at: Performing in-process and finished product inspections with precision Monitoring manufacturing and packaging lines to ensure compliance with GMP Identifying and addressing quality issues and gaps in procedures Conducting GMP inspections and contributing to continuous improvement Collaborating cross-functionally and supporting your team as needed Working independently and staying organized in a dynamic environment   What you have: A diploma or two years of post-secondary education in a science discipline OR 2+ years of experience in NHP, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing Strong knowledge of GMP, ideally aligned with NNHPD standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with ERP systems (e.g., Syspro) A strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (preferred) Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds   What’s in it for you: A collaborative work culture rooted in sustainability and our seven core values The opportunity to work across various shifts and sites, gaining well-rounded experience Growth potential with a company that values initiative and continuous learning A chance to help shape products that support health and wellness worldwide   What you get: A meaningful role in a purpose-driven organization Competitive compensation and benefits Ongoing training and development A respectful, inclusive workplace where your contributions are valued A dynamic role that combines both office and on-floor QA responsibilities   If you are ready to be a part of a team that values excellence and commitment to customer wellbeing, apply now!
