As Network Support Engineer, you will be aligned to a specific strategic client, supporting their Cisco Security and Networking environment. You will deliver proactive and reactive support, managing incidents, changes, upgrades, and continuous improvements to ensure stability, security, and performance. You will build a trusted relationship with the client and wider team, ensuring all issues are resolved within SLA and service excellence is consistently achieved.
