The Distribution Finance team is responsible for the financial health of National Life Group’s life and annuity sales, providing insight-driven financial leadership that supports profitable growth and fact-based decision-making.
As our distribution model continues to grow in scale and complexity, we are seeking a Director to lead compensation planning, analytics, and profitability insights for our Independent and Affiliated distribution channels.
