Responsibilities

→Provide direct nursing care consistent with physicians’ orders and individual care plans.
→Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and compassion.
→Monitor residents’ health, ensuring timely communication of changes.
→Keep detailed, accurate clinical records.
→Collaborate with residents, families, and team members to promote holistic well-being.
→Support safety and infection control protocols with care and attention.

Current LPN license in the state of Virginia.
1 year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related setting.
A heart for serving older adults with dignity and compassion.
Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
