Role Purpose
The Sales Leads Co-ordinator will be responsible for establishing and managing a closed-loop lead management system. This position will include managing all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification and management.
The Sales Leads Co-ordinator will also be responsible for working with the Marketing and Sales Teams to define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process. Additional responsibilities of this position include.
Summary
• Responding to, qualifying, and tracking Inbound Leads and requests
• Allocating prospects and qualified leads to appropriate sales teams
• Managing the lead qualification and tracking and process
• Updating Leadership Team on Lead progression
• Managing CRM System and ensuring Database Integrity
• Managing contact information and reference lists
• Helping to define Data Profile/Fields for Leads and Prospects, and Customers.
• Maintaining our Referral Leads system from end to end and tracking till won/lost
• Maintain Database Integrity.
• Working with marketing to report on Campaign Results

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. They will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and a team player. Additional requirements for this position are:
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong project management skills.

• Knowledgeable about email management programs.
