• →Diagnose and manage hematologic and oncologic conditions
• →Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care
• →Collaborate with infusion nursing, pharmacy, primary care, and specialty teams
• →Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based oncology initiatives
• →Provide compassionate education and support to patients and families
• →Participate in oncology call rotation as assigned

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Eligible for medical licensure in New Hampshire
• Completion of accredited Hematology/Oncology fellowship
