Responsibilities

- →Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency, speed, and precision
- →Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the beverage program, including spirits, wine, beer, and house cocktails
- →Engage guests with confidence—offering recommendations and sharing insights into the menu
- →Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar components in accordance with recipes and prep standards
- →Manage bar inventory and restock supplies throughout service
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times
- →Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with laws and company policies
- →Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and timely service
- →Handle payments accurately and manage tabs using the POS system
- →Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness protocols
- →Represent the brand with professionalism and pride at all times
- 2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume, upscale setting
- Strong spirits, wine, and cocktail knowledge
- Confident, engaging, and thrives in a guest-focused environment
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a polished presence
- A collaborative teammate with a passion for creating memorable experiences
