Responsibilities

- →Guide guests through the menu with detailed knowledge of dishes, beverages, and specials
- →Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system efficiently
- →Deliver food and drinks in a timely, attentive manner
- →Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest needs and concerns
- →Collaborate with team members (bartenders, kitchen staff, server assistants) to ensure seamless service
- →Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections and service areas
- →Handle payments accurately and process checks using the POS system
- →Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- →Uphold the standards of service and hospitality expected in a fine dining environment
- Experienced in high-volume, upscale dining (minimum 1+ year preferred)
- Knowledgeable and confident discussing food, wine, spirits, and cocktails
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and works with a sense of urgency
- Strong communicator with a polished and professional demeanor
