→Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and process mapping to optimize operations, supply chain, maintenance, and incident response; conduct audits, root-cause analyses, and post implementation reviews.
→Develop global KPIs, dashboards, SOPs/EOPs/MOPs, and training programs; implement automation, AI/ML for predictive maintenance, and PDCA cycles for continuous uptime (99.999%+).
→Oversee budgeting, vendor relations, construction commissioning, risk/compliance (ISO, SOC, ESG), and cross-site standardization; advise on capex/opex efficiencies and customer SLAs.
→Lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of excellence, and report to executives on metrics like OEE, scrap/rework reduction, and financial impacts.

Requirements
