Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

We are looking for a structured and proactive Technical Program Manager to coordinate customer-related activities across the full customer lifecycle within Customer Experience.

Nebius provides cloud infrastructure for companies building and running large-scale AI/ML workloads. Customer Experience includes Solutions Architects supporting sales, Post-Sales Architects, and Cloud Support. Your mission is to help these teams work as one system across discovery, technical validation, onboarding, production, support, incident follow-up, and continuous improvement.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies between customer-facing and technical teams, and ensure that priorities and improvement requests are turned into clear actions and delivered results. This includes following up on process gaps identified during incidents and ensuring that the right teams agree on and implement the required changes.

This is a technical program management role. You will work closely with engineers, architects, support specialists, product managers, and other program managers. You should understand cloud infrastructure, customer workloads, and technical workflows well enough to identify dependencies, ask the right questions, and bring the right specialists together.

You’re welcome to work from our Amsterdam office or remotely from any location within the EU.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate customer-related activities across discovery, technical validation, onboarding, production, support, and incident follow-up.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Solutions Architecture, Post-Sales, Cloud Support, Product, and Engineering.
  • Turn leadership priorities, customer feedback, and incident findings into clear plans, owners, timelines, risks, and success metrics.
  • Manage handovers and dependencies related to compute, storage, networking, workload orchestration, product readiness, and operational support.
  • Work with process owners to design, document, roll out, and improve processes, procedures, playbooks, and templates.
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for customer lifecycle processes and cross-functional ways of working.
  • Drive agreement on ownership and priorities, track commitments, resolve blockers, and escalate unresolved risks.
  • Run program reviews and provide clear updates on progress, decisions, risks, and next steps.

We expect you to have:
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, delivery management, or a related role in a technology organization.
  • Experience leading technical initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand systems, workflows, dependencies, and constraints.
  • Demonstrated experience improving processes from problem definition through implementation, adoption, and measurement.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Jira workflows, automation rules, and dashboards.
  • Experience describing and maintaining processes, procedures, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, define success metrics, and drive work to completion.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English.

It will be an added bonus if you have:
  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure, GPU platforms, or AI/ML products.
  • Familiarity with compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes, or workload schedulers.
  • Experience working with Solutions Architecture, Technical Support, Professional Services, or Customer Engineering.
  • Knowledge of service delivery methodologies and frameworks (PMI, ITIL, Agile).
  • Experience working in a globally distributed technology organization.
