Housekeeper

Combining attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and pride in presentation, you will help create the clean, polished, and welcoming environment that shapes a guest’s experience at Nemacolin. As part of the Housekeeping Team, you may prepare guestrooms, provide thoughtful evening turndown, maintain pristine public spaces, or support the operation through linen, supplies, and daily housekeeping services. • →Guest-ready accommodations by cleaning, resetting, replenishing, and inspecting guestrooms and assigned spaces to established cleanliness, presentation, and luxury service standards
• →A polished resort environment by maintaining guest-facing spaces, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, stairwells, recreational areas, and other assigned areas
• →Thoughtful guest experiences by providing evening turndown, responding appropriately to requests, protecting guest privacy and belongings, and communicating needs to the appropriate resort team
• →A well-supported Housekeeping operation by transporting and replenishing linens, towels, amenities, cleaning supplies, and other materials while keeping carts, closets, and workspaces organized and ready
• →A safe, responsive operation by identifying and reporting maintenance concerns, damaged items, lost and found, and other conditions requiring attention while following safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures

• Opportunities as a Room Attendant, Houseperson, Turndown Attendant, or Public Area Attendant, with assignments based on experience, strengths, and operational needs
• Room Attendant work focused on preparing and maintaining guestrooms and suites, Houseperson work supporting linen, supplies, refuse removal, and daily Housekeeping needs, Turndown Attendant work focused on evening guestroom preparation and personalized touches, or Public Area Attendant work maintaining polished guest-facing spaces throughout the day
• An active, hands-on environment requiring extended periods of standing and walking, along with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying
• Daily interaction with guests, Housekeeping leadership, and resort teams where professionalism, discretion, communication, and service awareness are essential
• Flexible scheduling that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak resort periods

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, hotel, resort, custodial, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including prolonged standing and walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, varying shifts, and peak resort periods
