We’re a growing international sportsbook operator and are looking for a German-speaking Customer Operations Agent to strengthen our team on-site in Malta
You’ll be part of our Customer Operations team and ensure a smooth experience for our users:
- Support customers via live chat & email (German & English)
- Handle KYC checks and verify documents
- Ensure accurate and timely payout processing
- Contribute to improving and streamlining internal processes
Requirements

- Very good English skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (incl. weekends & public holidays)
Nice to Have
