SAP MDM/MDG Lead Expert

We are looking for SAP MDM/MDG Lead Expert,

• →Lead the end-to-end design of MDG solutions, including data modeling, UI modeling (Floorplan Manager), and process modeling (BRF+ workflows).
• →SAP MDG functional experience, strong business process knowledge, expertise in data governance frameworks, and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Data migration experience
• →Strategy & Governance: Define data standards, validation rules, and enrichment processes. Establish data ownership frameworks and KPIs for data health.
• →Technical Oversight: Supervise the integration of MDG with SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP legacy systems using ALE/IDoc, Data Replication Framework (DRF), and OData services.
• →Project Leadership: Lead full-cycle implementations, from requirement gathering and blueprinting to Go-Live and hyper-care.
• →Team Mentorship: Manage a team of functional and technical consultants, providing code reviews and architectural guidance.

• MDG Domains: Expert knowledge in MDG-M, MDG-S, MDG-C, and MDG-F.

• Deep proficiency in BRF+ (Business Rule Framework) and FPM (Floorplan Manager).

• Experience with SAP Data Services, Information Steward, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform). Be an expert in Integrating SAP MDG with Satellite system with the ESB such as Mulesoft, SAP PI or similar. Create Functional \Technical Specification for the Integration with 20+ Satellite systems.

• Strong understanding of ABAP Objects, BAdIs, and Web Dynpro.
• S/4HANA: Experience migrating from ECC to S/4HANA and managing "Business Partner" synchronization (CVI).

• Experience: Minimum of 6–10 years in SAP Data Management, with at least 3 full-cycle SAP MDG implementations in a Lead capacity.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management skills; ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical business leaders.
• Certification: SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Master Data Governance (preferred).
• Breakthrough Beverage: SAP S/4HANA Brownfield full implementation
