SAP S4 Plant Maintenance - Expert Lead

We are looking for SAP S4 Plant Maintenance - Expert Lead,

• Knowledge of the Plant Maintenance (PM) module in SAP S/4HANA, knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), designing and managing the entire lifecycle of physical assets, from installation and preventive maintenance to corrective repairs and decommissioning. Knowledge of integration with Materials master.
• Knowledge of the fundamental organizational elements includes Maintenance Plant & Planning Plant and Planner Group
• Experience in Key Master Data:
• Equipment Master Records: Unique identifiers for maintainable assets (e.g., pumps, machines) with location, status, and planner group assignments.
• Functional Locations: Hierarchical locations where equipment is installed, enabling cost tracking by location or asset.
• PM Assemblies (IBAU): Logical groupings of materials for BOM structuring.
• Experience in Core Processes:
• Corrective Maintenance: Create and plan maintenance orders. Define work, resources, and schedule.
• Preventive Maintenance: Schedule recurring tasks to avoid breakdowns.
• Procurement Integration: Non-stock spare parts trigger automatic Purchase Requisitions from maintenance orders.
• Document Management: Link manuals, drawings, and safety documents to equipment or orders.
• Experience in planning requirements for spare parts.
• Migration & Remediation Strategy
• Since you require experience in at least two migrations, the leader must be an expert in the tools that bridge the gap between old and new systems.
• Proficiency with the PM test strategy definition (SIT, UAT, Regression, Integration).
• Data Migration Cockpit (SMC): Technical understanding of the LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) and staging tables for large-scale data ingestion.
• Simplification Database: Deep knowledge of the S/4HANA Simplification List to predict how standard process changes (like Business Partner conversion) affect custom code.
• Integration & Extensibility (The "Clean Core")
• Ownership of PM integration and extensibility under SAP S/4HANA Clean Core principles, ensuring standard-driven process design and minimizing customizations.
• Governance of integrations between PM and FI, CO, MM, AA and external systems using standard APIs, IDocs and event-based integration.
• Definition and control of extensibility strategy (in-app and side-by-side on SAP BTP), ensuring upgrade-safe solutions, long-term maintainability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards across global S/4HANA landscapes
• Landscape & Governance.
