We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Customer Service Team. The Customer Service Coordinator will support daily commercial operations by managing customer relationships, coordinating bookings, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a customer-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting directly to Customer Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain close relationships with assigned clients (e.g., automotive and logistics companies) to achieve customer satisfaction
- Manage and process, on a daily basis, all relevant bookings through the corporate system, including relevant data entry and invoicing follow-up
- Handle customer requests based on established support procedures and policies
- Focus on growing and developing the existing client portfolio
- Ensure awareness of, and continuously improve knowledge about, competitive products and services
- Prepare reports for Management regularly regarding relevant business KPIs for performance monitoring, as well as analytical reports for each assigned account
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with different departments of the company to handle each customer inquiry in the most efficient and accurate way possible
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales and/or customer relationship management; experience in the maritime sector will be considered an asset
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Shipping, or Logistics
- Excellent reporting and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; ERP or Power BI experience will be considered a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to undertake occasional business trips and client visits abroad

- High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Solid understanding of the logistics business environment and pricing structures
- Customer-centric mindset, with the ability to foster long-term business relationships with clients
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment
