Growth & Marketing Associate

Nerdbug is a fast-growing software development agency specializing in custom software solutions, mobile and web app development, blockchain development, and data analytics. We serve clients in diverse industries, including transportation, ed-tech, enterprise solutions, e-commerce, and cryptocurrency. We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Executive with strong and direct execution experience in marketing software products and services. We would like to get your application if you can: - Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals - Translate the company's vision into actionable plans by setting business goals and growth plans. - Drive activities that deliver results and provide insightful reporting. - Drive organic growth in the first 3 months. - Run outbound and inbound marketing activities (email outreach, linkedin content and engagement, SEO and content distribution - Maintain clean lead and contact records in CRM - Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing teams to drive demand and conversions - Supervise marketing execution across campaigns and channels - Track activity and results weekly (leads generated, meetings booked, conversion rate) Requirements - 4-5years+ hands on experience in growth and marketing within a Tech, SaaS, or digital services company - Strong understanding of digital marketing, funnels, and performance tracking tools - Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and product marketing personnel - Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes - Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Growth path Grow into a Marketing Manager or Growth Lead position as results and revenue grow, with corresponding compensation changes.
