Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations. 

• Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team. 

• Drive branch sales through business development, referrals, and relationship banking. 

• Originate consumer and mortgage loan applications. 

• Coach employees on cross-selling banking products and services. 

• Monitor branch performance, including deposits, lending, and sales goals. 

• Build relationships with customers and represent the Bank in the community. 

• Conduct performance coaching, team meetings, and employee scheduling. 

• Stay current on banking products, services, and market trends. 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

• 3+ years of retail banking experience. 

• 2+ years of branch management or leadership experience. 

• 3+ years of sales or business development experience. 

• Experience with consumer lending and mortgage origination preferred. 

• NMLS registration or ability to obtain. 

• Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, and communication skills. 

• Knowledge of retail banking operations and financial products. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

This position is an office-based position in terms of physical demand. Employees are expected to be able to operate their fingers and hands to perform functions such as typing, writing, and filing. Employees must also be able to move throughout the office with ease while also being able to sit for extended periods of time. Employees must be able to see and hear in an office setting that does include much noise going on around one’s workspace. While this job is mainly clerical, there are instances in which employees must be able to transport up to 20 pounds.

The pay range for this position is based on the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this position at the time of this posting. Actual pay will depend upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, business or organizational needs, affordability and market pay. The posted range may be modified in the future as market data or organizational priorities change.
