About the Role

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is a strategic business partner to regional and global business managers, responsible for aligning HR programs with business objectives. In alignment with Netskope’s HR operating model, this role is a pivot from an operational manager to a strategic partner and process architect. The successful individual in this role will utilize AI-native tools and LLMs to reduce administrative friction, analyze datasets and improve the productivity of the HRBP role and the business they support. This role is dedicated to Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, specifically supporting France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Israel, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and South Africa. Most of the managers and headcount supported by this role is in France and will be the focus of this position.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic HR objectives for multiple business units, aligning with company goals.
  • Partner with HR leaders to support regional, customer-facing and revenue-generating departments.
  • Coach managers on performance management, employee relations, discipline, and talent decisions.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR COEs (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS).
  • Proactively support business teams in achieving their people goals.
  • Deliver and communicate HR priorities, programs, and processes.
  • Apply AI-augmented strategy synthesizers to aggregate Workday and performance data, accelerating QBR preparation, workforce planning and ad-hoc requests.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.
  • Act as a liaison between local and other business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of people strategy with local needs.
  • Foster positive work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Implement change management and organizational development strategies.
  • Provide guidance on country-specific policies and processes.
  • Champion organizational priorities, manage conflicting priorities, and find unique solutions.
  • Understand employee feedback and advise senior management on addressing concerns.
  • Create a positive, ethical, and effective work environment.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
  • 8+ years as an HRBP or generalist, including global and multinational matrix experience.
  • Deep knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and social benefit compliance across Southern Europe (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy) and key EMEA markets (Israel, Saudi Arabia, South Africa).
  • Demonstrated experience interacting with French Works Councils (CSE) and local labor unions.
  • Proven proficiency in leveraging AI and LLMs to drive HR efficiency, complex data analysis, and strategic decision-making.Customer-focused attitude, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Thorough understanding of employment law.
  • Proven experience as a strategic HR Business Partner with a consultative approach.
  • Self-starter, not afraid to fail.
  • In-depth Employee Relations and case management experience.
  • Adaptable and able to handle tough conversations.
  • Experience in a fast-growing environment.
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Based in Paris, able to travel to the office on a regular basis.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. Master's degree or HR certifications are a plus.
