At NeuraFlash, Quality Assurance is more than testing—it is an engineering discipline, a consulting capability, and a leadership function.
We are looking for a Manager – Quality Assurance & Consulting who combines deep Quality Engineering expertise with Product Engineering, Business Analysis, Agile Delivery, and Practice Leadership. This role requires someone who can lead enterprise delivery engagements while simultaneously building and scaling a high-performing Quality Engineering practice.
QA is the foundation of this role. Beyond that, we expect the successful candidate to think like an engineer, consult like a business analyst, lead like a delivery manager, and inspire like a people leader.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Own end-to-end Quality Engineering for enterprise Salesforce and/or AWS delivery programs.
- Define Test Strategy, Test Plans, Quality Gates, Release Readiness, and overall testing approach.
- Lead Functional, API, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, Security, AI, and Non-Functional testing.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, drive mitigation plans, and act as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Build scalable automation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, and reusable engineering assets.
- Drive shift-left testing, DevOps-based quality practices, and engineering productivity.
- Leverage Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate testing, improve quality processes, and build AI-assisted Quality Engineering capabilities with appropriate human oversight.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Understand client business processes and translate them into effective quality strategies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Engineering teams to improve solution quality from design through deployment.
- Lead Agile delivery by supporting Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, dependency management, and release planning.
- Balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership based on project needs.
- Build and grow the Quality Engineering practice through standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, mentoring, career development, goal setting, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Own resource planning, utilization, capacity forecasting, staffing, operational reporting, and executive escalations.
- Establish reusable frameworks, best practices, KPIs, and Centers of Excellence that improve delivery across the organization.
- Create an inclusive, high-performing culture built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.
Requirements
~1 min read- 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, with 4+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise across Functional, Automation, API, Integration, Performance, Security, and Enterprise Testing.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise Salesforce and/or AWS implementations within a consulting environment.
- Experience building automation frameworks, DevOps-enabled testing practices, and Quality Engineering strategies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies with experience leading Scrum teams and collaborating across cross-functional organizations.
- Demonstrated success managing people, delivery operations, utilization, forecasting, staffing, executive communications, and stakeholder management.
- Passion for applying Generative AI and Agentic AI to modernize Quality Engineering practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Amazon Connect, Service Cloud Voice, IVR, Contact Center, Conversational AI, or Agentic AI implementations.
- Certifications such as ISTQB, Scrum Master, Salesforce, AWS, or SAFe.
- Experience establishing a Quality Engineering Center of Excellence or Practice.
