Dementia Specialist - Advisor Role

At Neura Health, we are constantly looking for providers who want to work at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and some of the hardest problems in healthcare. Currently, we are looking for an advisor who is well-versed in the evidence-based treatment of dementia and who is empathetic, compassionate, mission-driven, collaborative, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities:

• Develop medical guidelines for our dementia care offering
• Own and create content for our dementia product: intake forms, care plans, and more
• Development of outcomes dashboards
• In future quarters, evaluate and examine patients

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• ABPN certification or eligibility in Neurology
• Leadership in the field of behavioral neurology/dementia care
• Interest in telehealth dementia care and product development
• Soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making, and leadership.
• Culture fit: empathic, mission-driven, collaborative, precise, transparent, compassionate, and results-oriented.

Time Commitment:

• Expected 10-15 hours per month for the first 3 months 

• →Liz Burstein is the CEO and was previously Head of Product at Maven Clinic, Director of Product at Zocdoc and Senior Product Lead at LinkedIn. She has fifteen years of experience in the tech industry, and a wealth of knowledge in the health tech domain.
• →Sameer Madan is the CTO and was previously an engineer at Facebook for 9 years. At Facebook, Sameer was the technical lead for Live Video, and built several well known products such as Facebook Mentions, threaded-ranked comments, and more.
